BCA is the acronym for the Billiard Congress of America, the predominant governing body for cue sports in North America. The BCA runs the official billiard hall of fame, and maintains all of the rules that apply to the cue sport games that the BCA manages.
The BCA hall of fame is full of the old billiard greats.
