Color Ball is a snooker term referring to all of the object balls that are not reds. In most snooker rules, a color ball must be potted after each red during the continuation of a break shot. Color balls that are potted are re-spotted until the time comes where there are no longer any reds on the table. When this happens, the colors must be potted in the following order:
You just potted a red, so now your object ball is the next color ball in the sequence, the green ball.
