In snooker, yellows refers to the lowest valued colored ball that is still on the table. Yellows are worth 2 points. It is also considered one of the baulk colors. Also, in blackball, yellows are one of two groups of 7 object balls. Similar to stripes in billiards, all of these balls must be pocketed before the 8 ball is pocketed.
