The American Poolplayers Association is the world's largest association of billiard and pool players in terms of volume. The association includes billiard players from the Canadian Pool Players Association. The APA created and established widespread use of the "equalizer" method of assigning handicaps to players of different skill level. They organize a large amount of competitive play in the billiard world, including the United States Amateur Championship.
I can't decide whether or not I should join the American Poolplayers Association.
