A billiard player who plays mostly in bars or in a bar pool league. This is often used as an insult by pool room players to refer to a perceived lesser skill level of players who frequent bar rooms or bar leagues.
You are nothing but a bar player. Your suck at pool and you don't belong in this tournament, you belong only in a bar.
