A billiard table bed refers to the playable surface of a billiards table, usually made of slate, and covered with worsted wool or a baize material. The bed does not include the cushions. Some high-end tables feature temperature controlled slate.
I'm moving my pool table tomorrow and I need a way to keep the bed stable.
