A carom is a type of shot that occurs when the object ball touches or kisses one or more other balls or rails on its way to the pocket. It should be noted that there is a subtle distinction between carom shots, billiard shots, and combination shots. The term carom may also refer to a carom shot where a point is scored in carom billiard games by shooting the cue ball into the two object balls.
You just need to carom the 7 ball off the the 3 ball and it will go right into the corner pocket.
