A cue stick is the piece of billiard equipment that is used to strike and propel the cue ball by the shooting player. A cue stick may also be used to form the stick portion of the mechanical bridge. Cue stick quality varies across manufacturers, and prices can range from $10 for a low end cue stick, to thousands of dollars for custom hand crafted cue sticks.
