A state of play where every shot is executed perfectly. Same as a player being in a zone or unconscious. When a player is in a dead punch state, it is as though they are perfectly in stroke, and are playing perfectly and effortlessly.
His shots are coming together as though he is playing in dead punch mode. It's like he's unconscious when making them and they are perfect every time.
