In one pocket, a fram is type shot typically used in desperate situations when a player finds themselves in trouble with several balls around their opponent's pocket and no apparent reliable safety available. They resort to driving the cue ball hard into the object balls with the intention of knocking as many away as possible. Sometimes it works, however, often it does not but occasionally you might even make an object balls in your own pocket.
Just knock a fram out and you should make it.
