Jawed refers to when the object ball bounces between the two tits of a pocket and then fails to fall into the pocket. Balls normally get jawed when they are shot either at a poor angle, shot too hard, or both. Also, once a player gets jawed, the opponent is left with a very easy shot, as the object ball usually comes to rest right on the edge of the pocket.
Frank just got Jawed hardcore on that last shot.
