The term pills in a cue sport context, refers to the set of peas, numbered 1 through 15 and sometimes 16. The set of pills are placed in to a bottle and are used by various cue sport games to randomly determine some sort of rank order. For example, in kelly pool, players draw peas to determine the ball assignment.
