Welcome to the billiard, pool, and snooker glossary of terms. This is the definition of Pills as it relates to cue sports. You can also view the entire billiard dictionary.
The term pills in a cue sport context, refers to the set of peas, numbered 1 through 15 and sometimes 16. The set of pills are placed in to a bottle and are used by various cue sport games to randomly determine some sort of rank order. For example, in kelly pool, players draw peas to determine the ball assignment.
