Pro Side Of The Pocket is a billiards slang term that is a part of Billiard Technique Terminology.

Pro side of the pocket refers to the action of the use of overcutting rather than undercutting a shot because of the way it rebounds if missed. To undercut would likely mean leaving an easy shot for the incoming player, but overcutting would cause it to rebound a way out for a more difficult shot.
