Right is a billiard term that is shorthand for right english or side english. English called right is where a side spin is imparted to the cue ball through a shot to the right hand side of the vertical center axis of the cue ball.
Should I put some right on the cue ball so that the cue ball rebounds out a little from that 5 ball that is getting in the way?
