The term ruckus refers to splitting a cluster of balls via another ball that is shot directly into them. The intent of creating a ruckus is to deliberately move and develop the clustered balls with the cue ball. Ruckus is primarily a UK term that is used mostly in a snooker context.
You are going to have to go to the table and create a ruckus and hope for a pocketed ball. With the way the balls are clustered, you really have no choice.
