Treble is a slang term used to refer to a shot where the object ball, once struck, is sent across the table twice before being potted. More specifically, treble refers to a shot that sends the cue ball the width of the table, striking two rails back and forth before being potted in the side pocket. A more precise term for Treble would be triple.
That shot was a textbook treble shot, the way it hit the two side rails, and then came back to be potted in the side pocket.
