Unintentional English is the English inadvertently occurs by neglecting to contact the cue ball at it's dead center spot on the horizontal axis. It has been suggested that unintentional English is the culprit of the majority of missed shots. It is also the most commonly forgotten issue when a billiard player is trying to assess and troubleshoot a missed shot.
I just don't know why I missed that shot. I just didn't ever think of unintentional English as something that was negatively affecting my shots.
