Octagonal Billiard Room in USVI

I like the idea of an octagonal room for a billiard table. The open feeling you would get, I can imaging, would be great, and it would be much more conducive to hanging out and moving around the table.

This one is in a mansion which is for sale in the St. Thomas, US Virgin Islands (17 Estate Frydendahl) for a cool 22 Million USD.
