Should I buy a Chinese Import Table for $400?
My buddy wants to sell his pool table to me for $400...
Is that a good table? He doesn't know the brand and just assumes it's a China made import.

Does it come with an overhead light? Set of decent balls? Is it real slate or wannabe?
If the answers to all three are yes, do the deal in a heartbeat. If the table's not slate, $400 is still fair, but not a "great" deal.

Awesome thanks! I actually went over last night and payed on it. It is real slate 3 piece and comes with all the sticks and balls that have hardly been used.
The only reason my buddy is selling it is because it was left in the house he just bought and he needed the room.
