The BCA maintains the complete rule sets for all billiards games, as well as the official Billiard Hall of Fame on their Web Site. The Billiard Congress of America's vision is to achieve a united, growing, prosperous, and highly regarded billiard industry through BCA leadership. Their mission is to promote the game of billiards while enhancing the success of it's members.
