A cue is a piece of billiard equipment that is used for shooting pocket billiards that is used to strike the cue ball during a shot. Cue sticks are normally 55 inches to 60 inches long and boast a leather cue tip at the end. Some types of pool cues have a joint in the middle. Alternatively, some players shorten the term cue ball and just say the term cue. There are a myriad of different types of the billiard cue available. There is a category of cue for break shots, a category of cue for jump shots, and other categories for other cue types.
