In one pocket, a mover is a player with a lot of experience who demonstrates exceptional skills at safety play and maneuvering the cue ball and object balls, but who may or may not have strong shot-making and ball-running skills. Of course the strongest one pocket players are both excellent movers and great shooters as well.
Owen is a real mover. He won three of the last four tournaments.
