Side pocket refers to one of the two pockets in the middle of the long sides of a pocket billiard table. Side pockets are normally more shallow than are corner pockets because of the angles. (180 Vs. 90) The term side pocket is commonly used in North America. The UK counterpart term is centre pocket.
I'm calling the six ball in the side pocket.
