Safe After the Break Shot in 9 Ball

Did anyone ever notice how many times its that last ball moving on a break that will leave you safe?

Lets conduct a test! Everybody keep track of the next 25 racks you play of 9 ball where this scenario happens.

I don't think its possible that this only happens to me.

   Do you mean it protects you if you don't pot any balls?

   Well what happens to me most times is that I make a ball, but I am safe.

   That I can't see the lowest ball on the table. But if I don't make a ball, my opponent has a shot, at the lowest ball!

   Is it just me?

   That happens to me also.

   That last ball will just stop where you can't get a full shot on the lowest ball.
