    In cue sports, the term "spotter" isn't widely used as far as I know, especially as someone whose duty it is to always tell the players their score. Please clarify what you mean. Are you referring to a referee or other official?

    I can see from the logs that you spent some time looking at the rules of rotation billiards, but there are no positions in that game with the title "spotter".

    As @RayMills metnioned, you'll need to add a lot of clarification to this question before anyone can begin to understand it and provide an answer.
