Brunswick Willie Hoppe Cue with Wrap over Butt Sleeve

Brunswick Willie Hoppe Cue with Wrap over Butt Sleeve

This is a Brunswick Willie Hoppe cue, 18 oz. I'm pretty sure it's from the early 1960s. I've had it for years, and it is in a Schmelke case.

Unlike the others I'm familiar with, it had an orange rubber bumper and is wrapped in a matching linen below the standard black grip right down to the bumper.

Obviously, this covers any Brunswick label. I'm assuming there is one, but not sure, since the butt sleeve is covered.

Was this something that Brunswick offered on it's cues?

Is anyone familiar with this type of Brunswick Willie Hoppe cue?

Can we see clear photos of the Hoppe Brunswick cue?

We'll want to see clear pictures of the butt sleeve, forearm, and joints.

P.S.: I noticed your note about the upload issues. The upload form is a pop-up which "covers the screen" if you're on a mobile device, but when you click the final "insert into post" button, it'll disappear and you'll be back on the page where you're typing the reply. If the photos are large, it can take anywhere from 10-30 seconds roughly depending on your connection speeds. I've emailed you privately as well. If you continue to have issues uploading, then you can simply reply to that email with the photos attached, and I will add them for you.
