I inherited a cue but don't know the maker help pl

I inhereted this cue from my uncle when he passed away and I'm trying to find out what it is. It has 8 points on the forearm and has eight points on the butt. It is not cored out and has a brass pin with a wood to wood joint. It also has Jerry Franklin style windows. I have been trying to find out the maker of this cue ever since my uncle passed away and any information would be dearly and greatly appreciated. It is a beautiful cue.
