ID Brand, Model, and Worth of an Old Pool Cue with 8-Ball Graphic

Can any one tell me what kind of pool cue this is, or how much it is worth?

The pool cue has no markings other than two unreadable labels at bottom, and a picture of an 8 ball on the butt sleeve.

It came in a Lucasi cue bag but I am pretty sure that not what kind it is.

   The labels appear to be somewhat readable but the angle and glare in the photos makes that impossible.

   Either way, it is an inexpensive import cue that was most likely sold in big-box stores.

   It isn't worth anything beyond it's utility value—somewhere between the $5 and $20 range.
