   It is a Helmstetter 98-4 pool cue from the Helmstetter 98 series, circa 1998-2002.

   Helmstetter 98-4 Pool Cue

   Maple forearm, four purpleheart points with four colored veneers and a pearlized plastic oval-shaped inlay between two ebony dots in each point, purpleheart butt sleeve with four sets of pearlized plastic oval-shaped inlays between two ebony dots alternating with four tall ebony windows inlaid with pairs of pearlized plastic dots set between rows of purpleheart checks above and below.
