Identify 1970s-1980s 4-Point Cue

Identify 1970s-1980s 4-Point Cue

I inherited a couple old cues a few years back, and need help identifying them. This particular cue below is a 4-point cue, has no logo, is light-weight, and is most likely older than 30 years, e.g. made sometime before mid-1980s.
