   What you have is a Meucci E-3 pool cue from the Meucci "Eurpoean" series. Your cue could have been made anywhere from the mid-1990s to present.

   The "European" series is a lower-end series from Meucci. I am pretty sure you can still buy them new today through various Meucci dealers (even though Budget Billiards lists them as discontinued).

   The MSRP of the Meucci European series cues is around $300, but the most common retail price is $255 brand new. In used condition, they would sell for less than that.
