Info on Carved Cue Similar to Sampaio

This cue belonged to my late Father. He purchased it in the 1970s.

I was told it was a Sampaio cue, then was told it was not, but was a better knockoff than most.

I do know that it is 20 oz and has 43 mother of pearl inlays.

Any help on what it is, and it's possible pricing would be appreciated.
