   I know it has been a few months, but wanted to see if you got what you needed.

   Your table is a Montgomery Ward Centurion pool table, so that is what you will want to look for (I updated your post title accordingly).

   You might want to check with this guy. He was looking for an installation manual for a Montgomery Ward Centurion pool table in March, but not sure if he ever found one.
